To begin a return, please send an email to sales@medileafstore.com.com, the customer service email address. Provide as much information as you can, such as the order number, full name, address, phone number, and the reason for the return. You will receive additional instructions on how to return the package to us if the return is accepted. Following receipt and processing of the return, any refund, store credit, or replacement will be given.

If your delivery is missing, you received the incorrect item, or the item is damaged, please email us at sales@medileafstore.com for additional assistance. Before sending your email, please read the terms below! Please take note: After 30 days of your purchase, we won’t accept returns or refunds.
Missing or Damaged Items.
Please email us a picture of the damaged or broken item if your order is damaged or not functioning. We will start paying you for it once your request is accepted.
Incorrect Items
You can email us with a picture attached to show us your packing slip and the item(s) you received if we delivered you the incorrect one or items. You can keep the incorrect item if your request is granted, and we’ll take the appropriate action to make up for it.
Options for Compensation
We have a number of options to correct your order if any of the aforementioned conditions apply.

To your account, add the reward points equal to the amount of your order or item(s).
Provide a replacement to you for free using USPS First Class delivery.

Exclusions
Clearance products are not included. For clearance items, we won’t accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. The final sale of clearance products is as is.
Orders for which you entered your address or payment details incorrectly will not be eligible for reimbursement. You are accountable for verifying your information. However, if you email us before your order is shipped, we can make changes for you.
